Busted

Yesterday I was at Target by myself with no kiddos, which is one of my favorite getaways. I found some fun stuff for Josh's Easter basket. I know Easter is a month away, but I like to plan ahead and have stuff like that done way in advance. Well... my plan back fired. I got home and dropped my bags on the kitchen counter, not even thinking that I had a bunch of stuff for Josh. Not even a minute later I hear a voice from the kitchen, "Mommy, you got me a surprise! Thank you!" as he is pulling every item out of the bag in total excitement. At least he had some fun new stuff to keep him busy all day, but next time I will definitely hide goodies like that in a good spot and as soon as I get home.
