Here we go...

We are crazy busy for the next few days.weeks.months.whole summer! .... most of our recent craziness is because we have Jason's birthday on the 28th, our anniversary on the 29th and Josh's birthday on the 30th. Yes, you read right! Being a school teacher and planning big events for the end of the school year caught up to me...

Sure glad I can schedule blog posts. I have some coming even though I'll be MIA on my blog out enjoying our anniversary getaway and my boys' birthdays.

Joshua's 4th Birthday Party

My little man isn't actually 4 until May 30th, but we celebrated with a sports party this weekend. Unfortunately, it rained on us and our backyard sports party got moved inside. That didn't stop the fun though!

Happy Hallow

We had such a fun day today with friends and grandparents at Happy Hallow! The boys loved the rides and the animals.

As the boys were enjoying the beautiful weather this weekend out in the backyard, I basked in the sun and read some magazines. My Family Circle magazine had some organization tips in it.

One was to use a flatware organizer to keep your makeup in order. Well, I have one that has been in my kitchen unused since we got the silverware as a wedding gift. The top drawer in my bathroom is a mess of makeup and hair accessories.

Flashback Friday and More

I have always loved beauty products, make up and basically anything girly. Can you tell?

That is one of the reasons why I recently became an Independent Beauty Consultant with Marykay.

My husband and I know for a fact that the decision we made for me to quit teaching and stay home with our boys was one of the best decisions we could have made. Only with God's daily blessings have we been able to do so.
I hope to continue to stay home with them and possibly even home school.

I've been keeping my eye out and praying for something I could do from home that would bring in some extra income. I feel like God has given me this opportunity and I pray I can be successful in my new role as a work from home mom.

Camping

We got away this week and took the boys on their first camping trip. It was so much fun! What little boys wouldn't have fun in the outdoors... chasing lizards, birds and bunnies, playing in the dirt, hiking, riding bike and scooters, playing soccer, using trees for a restroom, sleeping outside and having mommy and daddy's undivided attention (my favorite part).

I can't wait until our next trip!

My little brother, Luc and his girlfriend of 6 years, Vanessa were here visiting. They left here and headed south to visit more family. On the way he stopped at the beach and popped the question.

I am so excited!!! We love Anessa.(according to my boys)

Tball

It has begun... something I've always looked forward to... my kids playing sports.

Josh is playing Tball and it is so fun and so adorable to watch. The kid is a natural!
